To create efficiencies for marketing across a season, a formatted template approach was built to deliver on the volume of campaign assets. In doing so, the creative executions lacked the energy of the sport. Core consumers called us out as being too corporate, that we lacked a voice, that communications from the league felt transactional. We listened and built a plan to address it in the off season.
